To run the notebook locally, download the .ipynb file and install the required libraries, as explained below.

    Setup virtual environment (optional but recommended):

conda create -n fitted_q python=3.9
conda activate fitted_q

    to deactivate the environnement (don't do that now), use 'conda deactivate'

	Install required libraries:

pip install jupyter scipy scikit_learn git+https://github.com/rlberry-py/rlberry

    Then you are all set to start the notebook, running the "jupyter notebook" command
